Accommodation Details:

• The above hotel rates are inclusive of bed and breakfast.
• The rates are inclusive of taxes. In case of any changes in tax structure by the Government, the revised tax amount will be applicable and will be payable by the Delegate/Guest.
• All changes or cancellation must be made in writing & will be subject to conditions mentioned below.
• The number of nights booked will be based on the details provided by the delegates and their travel plans.
• All refunds will be made one month after the conference gets over.
• Early check-in and check-out will be charged on actuals by hotels.
• In case of NO- SHOW there will be no refund.
• Hotels check in time at 1400hrs and check out 1200hrs.
• These rates are available only for participants and accompanying persons to the ISC 2019 conference.
• Rooms will be allotted on the first come first serve basis and are subject to availability at the time of booking.
